Final guest counts are due 10 days prior to your event. Any changes in guest count can be made up to 3 days (based on the time of your event) before your event, after which you will be charged as stated in PIZZUTTI’S policy. Please confirm guest count with Susan Pizzutti or Chef David only. No other confirmations will be accepted.

Friday and Saturday Dinner Reservations require a $25 Per Person Minimum. Minimum may also apply on Holidays and for Special Occasions.

Party time lengths allow plenty of time for your guests to enjoy their meal. Should you wish to reserve PIZZUTTI’S for longer periods of time Extended Party and Party Room Rates are available. Please discuss your plans when booking your party.

By booking this party I acknowledge that I have read all of the terms and conditions of PIZZUTTI’S General Policies and Information, Setup and Service Charges, Holding and Room Confirmation, Time Frames, Food and Beverage, Policies, Cancellation Policies, Pricing, Payment Procedures, Service Charges and Sales Tax and agree to the terms.

Your party will be booked once your deposit is received. All deposits are applied to your final bill. Should there be a conflict with a previously scheduled party, PIZZUTTI’S will call you to discuss rescheduling options. Signing this form indicates you are aware of all of the policies and fees associated with the details of your event. Should you have any questions please note them on this contract.
